Today I went to have my tires rotated and my wheels aligned at the dealer where I bought
my car. They had last rotated my tires and installed 2 new ones a year ago (6000 Mi)
They found two cross-threaded lug nuts that that they replaced for free because they had installed the tires last year. They returned the car to me with one new tire on the front and one new tire on the back, which I had them change after the mechanic came back from lunch. (2.5 hrs total)

Should I be concerned about the tire alignment that was done with 1 old and 1 new tire on the front and how should I talk to them about my concerns that the alignment might be wrong due to the different wear on the tires?

When they shoot the alignment it doesn't make any difference which wheel is on which corner. (Unless one wheel is horribly bent, in which case you would have other problems to deal with.)
