Those are crazy. I would like think they would be effective. The other day i had some guy in a BMW tailgate and then cut me off. I have a loud aftermarket horn that i installed a while back. I don't like to use it unless to avoid accidents, but this guy needed to hear it. Unfortunately i don't think he got it and will probably do it again to some other person in the future.

Lotsa money. And jerks who cut you off wouldn't "get it" anyway. Sume humongous PU that passed me on I-95 a week ago gave me a blast from one of these horns. The message I got was that he was a jerk. At least he didn't cut me off.
Hi All: While the Horns may make us feel better and scare the hell out of a few of the natives, we really do need some PSL and traffic enforcement to remove the problem from our vernacular. Way cheaper alternative (And much lighter as well) is the Stebel Compact Nautilus. Link I installed one of these under the beak of my R12GSA to wake up idiots that were on the phone. 139db from a motorcycle will get their attention and for $40, it's fairly economical.
