Yesterday was in a 2016 Toyota Camry with the V6. Achieved a 34.0 indicated MPG on 95% highway.
Today was a 2017 Chevy Cruze. I don't know what engine? Achieved 50.2 indicated MPG on 95% highway. Wasn't a diesel either!

Today , 64 deg F in Naperville ( no wind ), 62 in Wood Dale.
35.1 miles , 65.6 MPG. Tank has two pips and 80 miles "remaining" ,
    572.5 miles , 65.6 MPG.

The car has been running around 195 deg F on the highway , 55 MPH , ambient air temp 55-60.
    Doesn't that seem a little high ?

TFF , I am guessing that Cruze has a 1.4 or 1.5 turbo engine. They can be very efficient highway cars.

My old civic liked to run those temperatures. The cooling fan didn't come on until 205. My Fit on the other hand is very solid at 185F. It's a design difference I think.

    56.2 home last night
69.4 this morning, damp after a thunderstorm rolled through.

    Forgot to post Tuesday’s numbers!

Tuesday night much busier than Monday, no chance of motorway route so detour #2, 2UP, 67°F, cross/headwind SSE3:
    43.1 / 20.8

Wednesday morning, mini-detour to car sharer's as first set of lights were on green and there was no chance of getting through, motorway route, bit of a queue then detoured traffic light section, 57°F, cross/tailwind SSE4:
    49.1 / 23.3

    Tank down 0.4 at 49.1 (FCD 51.7) / 517.0 / Range 140 . Guess gauge F____|_«««E . UG up 0.2 at 45.1 / DTE 91

Thanks , Andrew. When I got home yesterday , I removed my grille block. :) It was only about 12 sq in.
I didn't look at the coolant temp today.
60 deg in Naperville , 59 in Wood Dale. Wind was almost nil. But it was raining all the way in , with
some standing water on the road in Aurora. 35.1 miles , 55.4 MPG. New tank is at 40.8 miles , 56.9 MPG.
I guess it can only go up from here.
    Filled on the way home yesterday. 599.1 miles , fcd = 68.8 x .956 = 65.8 MPG. I was also
going to divide miles by gallons , but I don't recall the exact amount. Just under 9 gallons ,
and the last pip had not started blinking yet. But I didn't want to take a chance , when I'd need to drive
another 65 miles to get back to my preferred station.

Overslept this morning. Got to work at 5:50 instead of 5:10. I had to drive like a maniac , 62 MPH !
Almost no gliding , except to traffic signals. 35.1 miles , 58.22 MPG.
Didn't really have time to record the tank miles and MPG.
    No work Saturday , yay ! A 2-day weekend.

That's the same as mine, according to my ScanGauge, any time the engine runs uninterrupted long enough to stabilize.

    Today , 64 deg F in Naperville , 63 in Wood Dale. 35.1 miles , 64.7 MPG.
    Tank is at 5/10 pips , 327 miles remaining , 324.4 miles driven , 64.3 MPG.

Unless otherwise noted , all MPG #s are from Toyota fcd x my correction factor of 0.956 , rounded to the nearest tenth. ( Hi , Bill )
    All distances in miles are NOT corrected , because...…….I don't care/too lazy/too busy/too dumb.

I had a 70+ day yesterday , but that's only because it was not highway ( unless you count where Rte 53 is two lanes and 45 PSL ).
Today , it will be highway both ways because I need to meet my remodeling contractor. I could still hit 67-68 on the way home.

    Nice numbers, Edwin!

My onboard gauge is ridiculously off. It was bad for this one year before they fixed it. I just post Scangauge numbers.

    54.1 home last night
    67.4 this morning

    Tank 55.5 / 339 mi. (onboard says 63.1 (.88 correction factor))

One of these days I will figure out the UltraGauge and go by those numbers.
I still have my Scangauge , but it's currently next to useless.
