    Today , 25 deg F , didn't check the wind. 16.4 miles , 57.47 MPG. I am not liking the BAIID device.
    It's tricky to operate.
Maybe I just need some practice.
But I am GLAD to be driving.

Stop it! You made me giggle. I did not realize how my wording would come across. It's just the most convenient spot.

Thanks I took a nap then had lunch. Pizza I forgot I had in the fridge. Score! Then I tackled the remaining snow. I also helped an older gentleman across the road. He's quite active for his age but very spindly. The end of the driveway pile was heavy. His brother plows the driveway but wasn't expected till tomorrow.

First day driving to the new shop. Not as much farther as I thought when driving straight there and mileage was only off a bit. Not sure it was all the route change. May have been mostly weather and traffic.

    40.1 - 4.4 mi. to work, 0*F
    50.3 - 5.1 mi. work to home, 14*F (-1*F windchill) 14 mph headwind.
42.2 - 1.9 mi. out this evening to our study group.
    61.2 - 1.9 mi. back home, 12*F.

Fantastic, Kevin! Your work-to-home trip didn't suffer that much considering you didn't get to plug in. Again, nice job with that engine block and insulation!

You got an extra mile or so to "milk" the warmed up engine to improve the overall MPG. [Right, Andrew? (Mr. +) :)]

Indeed. I find it takes about 4 miles on average to really level out. Of course the first mile is worst, 2 is ok, 3 is good, and 4+ you can only blame yourself. :D
