Our company is working on our ISO 29001 certification and we are currently preparing for our audit. The standard specified the use of risk analysis to review the risks associated with a particular event or action that can be analyzed on a quantitative and qualitative basis. Now, we are in need of a tool that will help us with "quantitative" risk management, something that will assist us in creating risk templates and configuring them into any process. To those who are working within the oil, gas and petrochemical industry supply chain that have adapted the standard, what is the tool that you use in determining the risks in your workplace?

Hello there. Thanks for posting! Do you think this one by ETQ would be good? I see that it says it has different tools for creating bowties, decision trees, etc.
