Copenhagen Wheel

    I just saw a piece on CBS news tonight on the Copenhagen Hybrid wheel and thought some of you would find it interesting. It is a bolt on rear wheel for your bike that has a battery, motor and controller enclosed in an aerodynamic disk. It is controlled and customized by your smart phone.

    I know someone who put in an early deposit on the Copenhagen wheel. I don't know if they have started shipping yet?

    Being it has removable batteries and they say the recharge time is four hours for the 48V lithium battery I'm guessing wall outlet and they also recharge as you are coasting or back pedaling

    4 hour charge time, but the plug is not shown. It would be 120V. Plug and charger not shown.

    anybody knows the difference between the Copenhagen wheel and the Zehus wheel out Italy
    it seems to be the same principal ……..Zehus wheel is available……But the Copenhagen wheel it is not available yet…….any delivery date on the Copenhagen wheel?
    I got a deposit on the Copenhagen wheel……..but they are telling me that I will have it for the spring………..are they for real? has any body receive one yet?
