Trying different path than most others,

First build structure similar to Formula 1 cars (implied that it is a welded tube frame) which makes the car light (1,200 lbs), then make CD as low as possible (0.20cd) = ability to use very small engine (20 HP) = impressive MPG

I hope they meant km instead of m for the distances!!!

Kinda puts the rest into doubt if you ask me.
