Brother just upgraded (from 14 MPG) to a Jeep Patriot (with 25 MPG). Read up on mitakuuluu's Jeep MPG-o-logy. Good post, after showing it to my brother he nailed a 25 on his first tank. All city! Anyway if there are any good Jeep or Patriot tricks you guys could throw my way, I'm all ears.

Heading over to deliver his ScanGauge tonight ;)

Does the Patriot employ fuel-cut, if so what is the proper "CUTOFF" TPS to code in the SGIIx?

He was watching 40's flash by on the iMPG at the right speed. He's very excited. Think the bug has bitten. One more down, 50 million left to go.

you should if you have not already check out the jeep forums about CVT upgrades. I have a Dodge Caliber SXT CVT 2007. I am sure they use the same trany. There was a post for reset the CVT better fix flat spots in taking off and driving maybe one for the jeep as well.
